Administrative Services Associate – Accounts Payable & Purchasing – West Michigan Community Mental Health, located in Mason, Lake and Oceana Counties, is seeking a full-time Administrative Services Associate for Accounts Payable & Purchasing. The position incumbent must possess a strong working knowledge of accounts payable, purchasing, and internal and external customer service. Additionally, the position incumbent must demonstrate a high level of critical thinking ability, be able to exercise a high level of independent decision-making, and work effectively in a team-based environment. An Associate’s degree in accounting or finance is preferred. A minimum of three years of work experience in an accounting position is recommended.
Candidates must possess computer software, including accounting system, knowledge and experience; excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Applicants must have an excellent driving record, computer skills, and reliable transportation.
