Outbound Retention Representative
As an Outbound Retention Representative, you are a member of our primary sales channel, responsible for the acquisition of new customers and the retention of existing customers. We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to make outbound calls to existing and former customers. This is a part-time position and applicants MUST be able to work Monday – Friday 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Responsible for present or past customer accounts by providing an exceptional sales experience during outbound calls that result in customer acquisition or retention.
Navigate systems, procedures, and other resources to provide retention support and sales.
Demonstrate a tenacious drive for results. Be accountable by consistently achieving all sales objectives, while providing excellent customer service and following the established departmental goals, policies, and procedures.
Proactively learn and effectively demonstrate full understanding of the business, and communicate clearly to assist customers in making informed decisions.
Complete additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiating and active listening skills; ability to make a connection with a diverse array of customers over the phone.
Must be sales motivated with exceptional customer experience, retention, and sales closing skills.
Genuine desire to grow and learn, receptive to feedback, as well as contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment.
Must be able to maintain proper phone etiquette, demonstrate patience and consistently strive for a positive attitude, while identifying and overcoming customer objections.
Proficient computer skills required: data entry, email, and excel.
Strong relationship building skills with a high degree of responsiveness, reliability, and integrity.
